Refund policy
Since all meals are freshly cooked and perishable, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a missing item, please contact us within 24 hours at cphfitchef@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will either replace the meal or issue a refund.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
At CPHFITCHEF, every meal is freshly prepared, planned, and produced in advance to ensure the highest quality, freshness, and consistency for our Fit Family.
To maintain this standard, we operate with the following cancellation policy:
Order Deadline & Cancellation Window
- All orders are prepared for Sunday delivery.
- Any cancellation or changes to your order must be made no later than Wednesday at 23:59 prior to the delivery week.
- This means cancellations must be requested at least 4 days before delivery.
Late Cancellations
- Cancellations requested after Wednesday 23:59 cannot be accepted.
- Once the deadline has passed, your order is already in preparation.
- Therefore, no refunds or cancellations will be possible after this point.
Refunds
- Full refunds are only available for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation window.
- After the deadline, all sales are considered final.

After Delivery
- Once your order has been delivered, refunds are not possible after 24 hours from the time of delivery.

Reporting an Issue
- If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Please include clear details and, if possible, photos of the item so we can assess the situation quickly.
Resolution
- If the issue is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the affected item with your next delivery
- Partial or full refund depending on the case
Important Notes
- We cannot take responsibility for issues reported after the 24-hour period.
- Proper storage of meals (refrigeration upon delivery) is the responsibility of the customer.
