My name is Mateo Lazari, and I’ve spent over 14 years working as a chef in Michelin and high quality kitchens. For me, food has never been just about fine dining it has always been about fueling people to live better, stronger, and healthier lives.

I started CPHFITCHEF because I love sports, and I saw how busy athletes, professionals, and families struggle to balance training, work, and nutrition. Too often, eating healthy feels complicated, expensive, or tasteless. I wanted to change that.

Every meal I create is made with passion. I use fresh, local, and organic ingredients to meet the right macros. Inspired by Nordic cuisine and CO₂-friendly choices, I aim to deliver higher-quality food with fewer chemicals and toxins.

Weekly Order & Delivery Schedule At CPHFITCHEF, all orders placed before Wednesday at 23:59 will be freshly cooked and delivered every Sunday between 10:00 and 20:00 🥗Each meal is carefully prepared by our chef, vacuum sealed for freshness, and delivered in cold boxes that stay safe for up to 3 hours outside the fridge. After that, simply place them in the fridge or freezer ❄️ Payments must be completed by Friday at 12:00 to confirm your delivery.If your payment or order comes later, it will automatically move to next week’s delivery.We cook the food so your success becomes easier 💪
